The Pure Water
Company was established by Emma and Martyn Dadswell
and Neil Giddins, in response to a growing demand
for high quality water filtration systems that
offered quality, reliability and economy. We all
want to stay healthy and drinking water is an
important part of that, but the quality of water we
get from our taps is not what it could, or, some
would say, should be. Between us we have many years
of experience supplying specialist filtration to
Aquarists (fancy fish keepers to you and me), window
cleaners and specialist manufacturing companies. We
believe in supplying quality products at reasonable
prices, treating customers as we would want to be
treated, and developing long term relationships with
our customers, not taking the money and running!
We don't do hard
sell, and if we come and see you and offer you a
price for a filter system, that price will still be
the same tomorrow or the next week (Chancellors
permitting). There are no "only if you sign on the
dotted line now" prices or deals. Equally there are
no discounts for cash or being the friend of someone
whose great Aunt once said hello to me at the bus
stop.
We aim to be honest
and fair in all aspects of our Company; yes, we are
here to make money and earn a living, but we are not
looking to retire to the Bahamas on the proceeds
within a year.
We believe in
providing first class customer service, and we are
always happy to help or answer questions, via e-mail
at or, if you are old fashioned like
me, on the phone. If you are interested in having
pure water on tap in your home, one of us will be
happy to come and see you to advise on which of our
systems will be best suited to your needs and
circumstances. We can test the basic quality of your
tap water and discuss any special needs, ie
allergies or other health issues you may have. We
will show you the systems we offer, explain what
they do in good old fashioned English and give you
clear prices for installation and servicing if you
require it. If at the end of the meeting you decide
its not for you, or you want to think about it or
discuss it with your spouse/neighbour/mum/Doctor
(delete those that do not apply), we wont try to
twist your arm, or call you every day to see if you
have decided yet. We believe that if our products
are good and we are easy to deal with, then there is
no need for hard sell, and personally those sales
people that don't know the meaning of "no thank you"
drive me mad .
To arrange an
appointment please e-mail or call us.
